El Asher University (EAU) (Arabic: جامعة العاشر من رمضان) is an undergraduate university located in El Asher City. Established in 2009 and was founded as a branch of Higher Technological Institute in 2009 and then became an independent University after 2011 Egyptian revolution.

The book collection is regularly updated as new material is published .The University library also houses an information technology section, Computer and internet services that are available for all students. Qualified librarians are available to help and assist students.
Air conditioned buses are provided by the university to and from campus.
